Shipping policy

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches and carefully prepared for shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to dispatch. During seasonal launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days within the United States. Delivery time frames are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions beyond our control. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our studio.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.  We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we may assist you.
