Answering some questions…. 

What size candle should I buy?  
It depends - what size room will you be using the candle?  Smaller candles (3oz, 6oz, 7oz) are much better for smaller spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms, offices) while our larger candles (10oz or larger) are great for bigger rooms.   

What is the 8-10 rule?  
This is a guideline for achieving optimal scent throw. Use one- 8-ounce candle for every 10 feet of space to ensure fragrance fills the room evenly. 

What is the 3 hour rule? 
This is a guideline for burning candles safely and effectively. You should extinguish a candle after 2-4 hours to prevent the container from overheating, which can crack glass; and to promote even wax melting to prevent tunneling (where only the center burns).   

What are your candles made of?   
Our candles are made using a blend of 100% soy-coconut wax.  

Why is my candle making noise?  
We only use wooden wicks in our candles - these wicks are smokeless and designed to crackle when lit - we love that!  

Where do you ship your candles?  
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States.  At this time, we do not ship outside the contiguous 48.  

What is your cancellation policy?  
Because our fulfillment times have a very quick turnaround, please contact us within 2-hours of placing your order and we will do our best to cancel.   

Can I modify my order?  
Once your order has been placed, please contact us within 2-hours of placing your order and we will do our best to modify your order.  Our candles are packaged and shipped quickly!  

Do you offer a Wholesaler or Reseller program?  
At this time, we do not offer Wholesale or Reseller programs.   

Where can I find your candles?  
Currently we only sell our products through our website.   

Do you offer custom scents?  
We are open to creating a custom scent!  Please contact us to discuss your idea!   

How do I care for my candle?  
Each of our candles come with a candle care card - please read thoroughly before lighting.  
Do your candles work under a candle warmer?  
They work wonderfully under a candle warmer!  Caution - jars and tins get hot after being under the lamp.
